Women

I was just sitting here in front of my computer and something came to mind. Women. It just occurred to me that they are immortal!

Follow my train of thought:

When woman are born they are born with all the eggs that they will have for the entire lifetime, right? So I was born from an egg that was in my mom's ovaries, but that egg was there ever since she was born 41 years ago. That means that I am 41 years old. Still, if we dwell a little deeper into the subject, I know that my mom was also in her mom's ovaries since her mom was born and so on...

That leads me to the conclusion that women are an immortal, self-regenerating organism.

I am mesmerized. Trully.

Well, today I decided to make me and Cátia vampires in photoshop. It was a hard strugly but I think I managed to make it semi good-looking.

Turning 21

I never thought how good it would have been to turn 21. Before the actual day I was feeling kind of sad and low but now I can only think of how much I have accomplished in not that much time. I love most of my friends, I gathered a few good ones and I still managed to have a really small hate list (1 person only actually ^^'' heh). That being said I have no reason to be sad. My life might not be the best around but I manage to cover that hole with human warmth, with the smiles of the people I cherish. So here is my list of stuff to tell all my friends.

Rui - I have no words to describe how much I enjoy your company. How wonderful are the memories of all the laughter, all the smiles, all the conversations, all the teasing, all the good time we spent together. You are, among many other things, one of the best friends I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I hope we can repeat a million times everything we've done up until now.

Joana - What to say... I don't even know where to start. We've known each other for what? 3/4 of a year? Sounds amazing to me how much we've talked and shared. If I believed in soul mates I think you would be my soul mate. Not the person that fits my puzzle piece and completes me but the person that doesn't fit because almost all our sides are similar. It will most definitely be hard to forget you. Thank you for such a good time and for so many good moments. Also thanks for keeping me sane when I most need. I owe you much.

Catita - You are insane. Sometimes not in a good way. Your friendship comes and goes, as you meet new people and decide to ignore me for a little while. Still, in the end you always return to me. And oh well.... You know I'll be here. Thanks for being by my side when I most needed and thanks for being there when you have to be there. :)

Deborah - What to say... You're thousands of miles away and yet always so close. I hope you know you can always come to me. I'll be here through and through. You know a lot about me, you probably know stuff nobody knows and you're the first to know almost everything that goes on in my life. :) I love you. I really really do. One day we'll get to see each other personally, until then gtalk will have to do. ;)

Silvia - There's no need to say how much I love you and how much I care for you. You're one of my oldest friends and I'll be here whenever you need me.
